"Our building didn’t have air conditioning so we were dealing with tenants coming up with their own solutions to vent out their portable air conditioners.

Just about every unit had some kind of different solution. It made our building look trashy and I’m sure it discouraged future tenants from wanting to rent. Budget Mirror & Glass came and installed the AC PORTS and now the building looks beautiful. Everything looks uniform now and it was a great facelift to the exterior of the building"
